Yesterday morning, on 25 October 2018, attorneys appeared before the Honorable Judge Larsen in Cook County, IL. Judge Larsen declined to hear the plaintiff’s petition for a temporary restraining order (TRO). Judge Larsen has given James MacDonald and Harvest Bible Chapel the opportunity to refile the petition and present it for hearing at a future date.
To defend our case before the courts, the authors and their wives have retained counsel at an initial cost of $10,000. If you would like to assist us with our legal defense, you can make a check out to “Ryan Mahoney or Scott Bryant” and send it to:
2206 N. Main Street #207
Wheaton, IL 60187
Alternatively, electronic transfers of money are being received though an initial Go Fund Me Campaign, which can be accessed through this link. We remind you that any money donated in excess of our legal fees and other associated costs will be returned to our generous donors as equitably as is possible.
Again, we thank the many folks who have supported us in prayer and with kind words over these many years.
Sincerely,
The Authors
